For over 20 years J.F.D. Tube & Coil Products, Inc. has been designing and fabricating new shell & tube heat exchangers, as well as direct replacement and duplicate heat exchangers. Units are built ASME Section VIII, Division 1 requirements as well as per TEMA B, C, & R standards. J.F.D. does all fabrication in house providing customers with quality performance in the application process. Sophisticated material selection as well as creative design has helped customers solve difficult fluid flow, heat transfer and problems associated with corrosion. Design capabilities include but are not limited to new and replacement units, shell & tube type exchangers, double-wall tube heat exchangers (Type BEM/BEU and double wall vented tube type), double pipe type exchangers, pressure vessels, aftercoolers, replacement fabricated heads and nozzles, tanks and weldments and standard and specialty alloys.
